No. COIStack runs in your browser on any device. You can also install it as an app if you prefer.
Can I track tenants too, or just vendors?

What certificates can I track?
Any COI: general liability, workers comp, auto, umbrella, and more. Upload, edit, or delete each one as things change.
How do I chase an expiring certificate?
Click Request updated COI and we email the vendor or tenant for you. Their reply comes straight to your inbox.
Can I change when reminders are sent?
